Mongoose uses highly practical agile development techniques based around the Scrum methodology – an iterative, incremental framework for project management, where the project is divided up into a series of time-boxed Sprints. This allows for prioritisation of functionality and the ability to collect ‘quick wins’ early in a project’s lifecycle.

Mongoose adopts a ‘Blended Team’ approach to its search implementations, bringing key specialist resources into a project only at the point at which they are explicitly required. This allows for a high degree of agility and cost-effectiveness for our clients. Where desirable, Mongoose also involves client personnel in key stages of the project, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge going forward.
