• Advise on content / meta data and relevance / ranking strategy.
• Provide specialist guidance on tactics and strategies utilising Search.
• Assist in requirements-gathering and definitions ensuring alignment to business needs.
• Assist in content requirements-gathering and specification including meeting with internal and external content providers.
• Conduct search proofs-of-concept to help support business cases.
• Provide search-specific project management methodologies.

Technical and Development Skills

• Provide senior development support and guidance to the in-house development team.
• Develop specific components for content processing and indexing.
• Build, configure and install Search in Development, Test and Production environments.
• Provide detailed handover documentation and conduct training sessions with key client members to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Support Services

• Facilitate specific deployments along with advising on general site deployment and maintenance.
• Maintenance and enhancement of installation.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line 24/7 support of the production environment.
